Terms & Conditions

To claim a membership card you must:

• have a valid X (formerly Twitter) account and follow @blok_cap;
• be a member of the official BLOK Capital Discord server; and
• provide accurate X handle and Discord identity information.

We may verify these conditions at the time of claim and at any later time. We may refuse, suspend, or revoke a card if eligibility is not met.

The Service issues a digital membership card displaying a folio number, your display name, X handle, avatar, and an issuance (“planted”) date.

The card is personal and non-transferable. Each card is permanently bound to one X handle and one Discord account. You may not sell, trade, lend, or transfer your card or membership.

The card is a digital membership token / collectible for community identification purposes only. It is not a financial product, security, share, investment, currency, or token of monetary value, and it does not entitle you to any dividend, profit, revenue, ownership interest, or financial return.

Any benefits, perks, or access associated with membership are discretionary and may be added, changed, or withdrawn by us at any time without notice or compensation.

Claim period. Membership cards may only be claimed on or before 30 May 2026. After this date the claim window closes and no new cards will be issued. Cards issued on or before this date remain valid.

You may hold only one membership card. Attempting to claim multiple cards (e.g., via multiple handles or accounts), or to claim a card for an identity you do not control, is prohibited and may result in revocation.

You agree not to:

• impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity;
• use bots, scripts, or automated means to claim cards or abuse the Service;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

The Service, including the card design, branding, logos, and software, is owned by BLOK Capital and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view and share your own card for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that cards will be issued within any particular time.

We may suspend or terminate your access or revoke your card at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms, ineligibility, or suspected abuse. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, governing law) will survive.

We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
